Ingredients

  • My Best Yeast Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 Pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 6 Slices Cooked Crispy Bacon chopped
  • 2 Cups Freshly Grated Sharp Cheddar
  • Diced Dill Pickles
  • Crunched Potato Chips

Instructions

  1. Make the dough ahead of time according to the instructions here.
  2. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F with a pizza pan in the oven.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Once the meat is about halfway cooked through, add in the onions, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Cook until deeply browned.
  4. Combine the ketchup, mayo, and mustard in a small mixing bowl.
  5. Roll the dough out until it makes 1, 12 inch circle. Cover the dough with 1/2 the sauce mixture then bake for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and cover with remaining sauce and 1/2 the cheese. On top of the cheese place most of the beef and bacon. Cover that with more cheese and then top off with remaining beef and bacon. Bake pizza for 5-7 minutes until golden and melty.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Top with diced pickles and crushed potato chips if you want.
