Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F with your pizza pan inside.
If you are using store bought pizza crust and not making my recipe for dough, follow the packaging instructions on the dough.
Spread/roll the pizza dough out on a floured surface to approximately 12 inches diameter.
When the oven is preheated, carefully remove the pizza pan from the oven. Sprinkle with flour. Place the pizza dough on top of the hot pan. Spread the BBQ sauce over the dough leaving a small edge for the crust. Bake the pizza for 5 minutes and then remove.
Make a layer of a few red onions, peppers, and pork. Top that with all the cheeses and then another layer of peppers, onions, and pork.
Bake the pizza for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is golden. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before topping with cilantro and slicing.
