Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
A super easy vinaigrette made from cilantro, red wine vinegar, lime juice, onion, and garlic. Perfect for salads and marinades.

chopped

Fresh Cilantro Leaves
some of the thinner stems are ok

red Wine Vinegar

Juice from 1 Lime

Cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sa;t and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
