The Best Yeast Pizza Dough
1/2CupRed Enchilada Sauce
1Roasted Red Peppercut into thin strips
1/4CupMild Pickled JalapeƱos
Sliced Red Onion
1CupShredded Pepperjack Cheese
1/4CupShredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Fresh Cilantro for garnish
Avocado Slices for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees with the pizza pan or stone in the oven. If you are not making my pizza dough recipe, cook the pizza according to the corresponding instructions.
Lightly flour a work surface. Roll the dough out to approximately 12 inches. Remove the pan from the oven and carefully transfer the dough to the pan.
Top the crust with the sauce, followed by 1/2 the cheeses, and then all the toppings. Cover the toppings with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing. While the pizza cools, top with cilantro and sliced avocado.
