Light and Easy Tzatziki Sauce

Easy and light summer tzatziki sauce made from fresh cucumbers, yogurt, dill, and lots of lemon.

Servings 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups 0% Fat Plain siggi's yogurt
  • Juice and Zest from 1 Lemon
  • 1 Persian Cucumber diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic Grated
  • 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
  • Salt and freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. mix to completely combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
