Mini Peanut Butter, Blueberry, and Strawberry Muffins
Peanut butter and fruit loaded mini muffins for little kiddos on the move!

peanut butter
or your favorite nut butter

cinnamon

flour
minus 2 Tbsp

baking powder

baking soda

frozen blueberries

cup
diced fresh strawberries

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Add cinnamon, flour, baking powder and baking soda to bowl and mix until just combined.

Stir in the blueberries and strawberries.

Spoon into well-greased mini muffin tins. Fill about 3/4 of the well with batter.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 18 minutes.

Transfer muffins to wire rack to cool completely.
